Definition and Characteristics
UV ink is an ink that solidifies immediately after UV irradiation to form a physical property of the skin film. It does not contain volatile organic solvents and has the characteristics of ultra-low viscosity and no irritating odor. After UV ink curing, the ink layer has high hardness, good adhesion, abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, and high gloss. In addition, UV ink also has sun resistance levels of 7-8.
Application Field
Performance Characteristics
Rapid curing
UV ink can quickly cure under UV irradiation, achieving instant drying and greatly improving production efficiency.
Environmental friendliness
UV ink does not contain volatile organic solvents, so it does not emit organic volatiles into the air during the printing process, which meets environmental requirements.
Stability
After six months of high-temperature storage testing, UV ink showed no abnormal phenomena such as pigment aggregation, sinking, and layering, demonstrating good stability.
Vivid colors
UV ink prints images with vivid colors and rich layers, suitable for various high-quality printing needs.
